We keep existing Magento stores technically healthy - fast, updated, secure. That's the whole scope. Fourteen years in, we've never branched out into building stores from scratch or general web design, and we're not planning to.
Why Magento only
Fourteen years exclusively in one platform means we've seen most of what can go wrong in a Magento store - old Luma quirks, half-finished migrations, extensions that haven't been touched since 2019. Specialization is the point: we're not a generalist agency that "also does Magento."
Who's behind the work
ITlab was founded by Evgeniy. Beyond direct client work, there's a small team behind it today - developers, DevOps, a server admin, and the people handling sales and operations. It's a focused team, not a one-person show, and not a large agency either.
Based in Dnipro, Ukraine.
