Magento Support & Maintenance
Once a Magento store is live, who's actually watching it? Patches pile up, versions fall behind, small issues sit unfixed - quietly, until they're not small anymore. We take that on as ongoing work, not a one-time project.

What's included
- Security patches, applied as part of the retainer - see Security Patches & Hardening
- Version monitoring and upgrade planning - see Magento Version Upgrades
- Uptime and performance monitoring
- Small fixes and tweaks as they come up
- Priority attention over one-off project work
How it works
A retainer is a block of hours per week, not per month - minimum 2–5 hours/week, scoped to what your store actually needs. Some stores need light monitoring and occasional patching; others need a standing few hours every week for ongoing fixes.
We don't publish a fixed response-time SLA, but in practice: typically 0.25–12 hours during the work week, depending on time of day. Weekends and holidays may take longer - we're a small team of actual people, not a ticketing bot.

FAQ
What exactly is included in the retainer?
Security patches, version monitoring, uptime/performance monitoring, and small fixes - see "What's included" above. Larger work (migrations, big feature builds) is scoped separately.
How many hours do I need per week?
Minimum 2–5 hours/week, depending on your store's size and how much is changing. We'll help you figure out the right block during the free audit.
What's your response time?
No fixed SLA, but typically 0.25–12 hours during the work week. Weekends and holidays can take longer.
Do you work alongside a team we already have?
Yes - this is common with agencies and in-house teams that need senior Magento coverage without hiring for it full-time.
What if I don't need ongoing help, just a one-time fix?
That's project work, not a retainer - see Development & Customization or Magento Version Upgrades depending on what you need.
