Privacy Policy
This page describes, honestly and in plain terms, what data ITlab collects and how it's used. It's not a substitute for formal legal advice - if you have specific concerns, email us directly at info@itlab.top.

What we collect
We collect data only through the forms on this site - the contact form and the free speed audit request form. Depending on which form you use, that's: your name, email address, message, and (free speed audit only) your store URL. We don't collect anything else, and we don't track you across other sites.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your inquiry - answering your message, or reviewing your store and sending back the requested audit. Nothing else.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent directly to our own mailbox, over our own mail server - not through a third-party form service. Submissions pass through Cloudflare Turnstile (a spam-prevention check that verifies you're not a bot) and Cloudflare's infrastructure, which hosts this site.
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone beyond what's described here.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site - aggregated traffic patterns, not individual tracking for its own sake. GA4 only loads, and only sets cookies, after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, GA4 never loads. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. See Google's privacy policy for how they handle analytics data.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for reasonable business record-keeping afterward. We don't have a formal automated deletion schedule yet - if you'd like your data deleted sooner, email us and we'll take care of it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@itlab.top and we'll respond.
Security
This site is served entirely over HTTPS. Form submissions are protected against spam and abuse via Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as our practices change. Check back periodically if you want to stay current.
